Temple behind the plot.

Small plot between two big plots.

Dust bin within plot or on road adjacent to the northeast.

North east of plot is closed, heavy or neighbor's building ahead on north east.

Damaged building opposite gate or door.

Drain opposite gate or door.

If there are two roads serving the plot on opposite sides 'and there are two main entrances, one each on either road.

If the road is higher than floor of building.

If road serving plot, slopes from north to south or from north east to south west.

If there are three adjacent roads and entrance is not kept on the center road.

If the Northeast is cut, curved or damaged.

If plot is a southeast plot.

North facing entrance for northwest plot.

If the land is Vayavya land.

There are anthills, termite hills or snake pits in the plot.

Land has pebbles.

Many depressions occur naturally within the plot.

Plot is too raised from surrounding.

Land has big rocks or boulders within.

Land is barren with no greenery or water.

There is a slope towards southwest or west.

The northeast, north and east are raised within and outside the plot.

If southeast is the highest point in the plot, floor or building. If southeast, south, southwest or west is lowest.

If east is the highest and west is the lowest within the plot building or floor.

Poverty, loss in case of Diatya prastha land.

If rain water exits in southeast, northwest, south or southwest.

Plot is Bar shaped; wheel shaped, semicircular, odd shaped with 4 sides none of which are equal, cart shaped, trapezium shaped, hand fan shaped, winnow shaped, oval shaped, triangle shaped and parallelogram cause loss and poverty.

South east of plot has expanded towards east.

Southwest of plot has south expansion: Northwest plot expansion on either side. Angular plot retraction towards north in northeast.

More open space in south east on either side.

Very large door in proportion to size of building lowers wealth.

If door makes the sound of the turning of a chekku or ghani.

If there is a south facing southwest door.

Even numbered rooms within the building.

God signifying wealth (Balagi, Kubera or Lakshmi) facing the exit.

Southeast land, floors of the building or terrace low.

If south or southwest is lowest point in land, building or floor.

If overhead tank is in northeast.

If northeast, south or east is used as kitchen or hot process.

If north or northeast is the highest point in land, building or floor.

Treasury in east leads to no inflows in wealth.

Treasury in Southeast destroys wealth.

Treasury in North leads to scarcity.

Treasury in Northeast leads to poverty.

Staircase in north or east leads to poverty.

Store room inn north or east leads to poverty.

Any heavy thing in north or east leads to poverty.

First floor in northern half or eastern half lowers wealth

If land area in South is bought and added to existing plot.

Wealth lowers if building is expanded on west alone.

Ups and downs in financials, if east floor depresses.

Loss occurs if buildings for residence are built with 2 or 3 wings.

Building has 2 opposite wings of north and south or east with west.

If the building has 3 wings East, West and North.
